Group Hug??? (it's a 60's thing) :)
Bet the OP is really scratching his head!
Ask a simple question - get a dissertation..:S
OP - as per previous options suggested - choose whichever one *YOU* like!
You *may* get the same tow operator no matter which one it is.
1. Motor Clubs are just *not* tow operators "bread and butter".
2. The driver isn't moonlighting while attending law school.
On the other hand - a little finesse (politeness) can go a long way!
Even providing service (surprise!) that *isn't* in the contract..:W

Please honor *YOUR* contract !!
Yes, you *DO* have an "agenda"..:S
It's called PITA - which, of course stands for
"Picky Intentionally To Antagonize" - or.........:@
Very successful - with the exception of following your own plan..:(

How did you find that, it's impossible per the person you posed the question to, (oh, same info I got)...
Actually .... John may have somewhat of a point. That Coach-Net Membership Guide I posted the .pdf link to was NOT EASY to find. :( - NC_HaulerExplorer

John (JJBIRISH),
I'm a bit confused. :h
What more information about Coach-Net benefits do you prefer than what this 28 page .pdf Member Guide spells out?:

My agenda is to do what no one did for me when I asked for information about CN…
And about what CN didn’t tell me on their website… it’s that simple…
If someone ask I offer my opinion based on my experience … I try to be accurate and fact based in my opinion, I am not interested in the popular opinions… I have learned the hard way that the popular opinion isn’t always the best one…
It seems some have a problem with that approach and challenge my thoughts and opinions, this I don’t mind at all, they even suggest that I might be lying or have alterior or sinister motives, this I do mind, but I have tough skin…
I have determined which one is the best for myself from my own experience along with knowledge I have gained because of it… I do not recommend which is better for yourself… just point out beside all of the similarities there are differences and these differences can be important to someone that don’t know they even exist, no one will tell him, and the company hides it…
How you use what I say is your business, you can easily block me I guess if you don’t like it (I have never tried that)…
For any looking for the factual information you can look here…
From the Good Sam website
clickhttp://www.goodsamroadside.com/images/pdf/GRA24469B.pdf
form the Coach Net website
AWOL do not click...
But you can read thought the one and make a list of questions to call and ask of the others…
But remember to document the answers… remember CN own words are In the event there is any inconsistency between the languages of this guide and the information provided by an employee, representative, independent contractor, or sales brochure, the language in this guide shall govern.:)
Really odd, with just a little bit of effort on my part I have ALL of GS ERS information AND all of CN's information...really, really not a big deal. To me, either is fine...it was just CN that I happen to have when we REALLY, REALLY needed help, and to say they went "above and beyond" in mine and my wife's eye's, is an understatement.
I don't need to ask any questions...I KNOW what both offer...I have their brochures....
...and again, they did for me what their contract stated they don't do.....you reckon whomever answers the phone may make that decision? I even asked them about it the next day after what would have put my 5er in 12 to 18" of water, possibly swift enough to move it...don't even want to think about it...they came to my rescue, with daylight fading, told me it was something they felt they needed to do..WOW.....Good enough for me...don't need no stinking brochure, don't need to re-read a contract, .for $99, I can't beat that service.
I feel sad for you that NO ONE could tell you what you needed to know about Coach Net, when you could have, at the very least, called and asked to be sent any and all information they have to offer...if you didn't like the verbage, go with someone else....I doubt anyone FORCED you to purchase an annual ERS premium...
HEY, you know now...and about everyone on here know what they've got and what they can do with it....Good luck on your mission....not challenging your opinions or your thoughts, not calling you a liar, I just think with today's technology, if you couldn't get a decent answer or were Lied to....well, live and learn, tell everyone and let-it-go....you told us, we're grown up's, we'll use the information and go from there....I will stay with CN because of what they did for us. No lie, just fact...I have no reason to lie either, just like you.
