We've had one for several years and it works well. As others have said, it is versatile with the changeable tops. We can make coffee in the AM on the cooktop, do pancakes on the griddle top, and later grill burgers or whatever on the grilltop.
I don't understand all the complaining about cleaning it. The grates come off, so are easily washed. While the grill is still warm, and you have the grates out, just wipe out the shiny metal surface. A spraybotlle of some degreasing type soap works well. At the end of the season, I take out the 6 screws holding the top to the base and give it a thorough cleaning. After several years, our Coleman still looks like new.
Another hint: I believe many people tend to always grill with the burners turned up full bore and with the lid closed. They then complain about burned food, warped lids, and melted plastc tables (that they never extended from beneath the burners). We rarely have the burners full on, except when making coffee or soup. We've had no problem with grilling with the lid down when the burners aren't up all the way.
And as I mentioned earlier, we are hooked up to the RV exterior gas line via a few modifications.
You got a great deal on your grill. Enjoy it!
