Scam is NOT coming from the dealer, but someone else pretending to be the dealer. They are doing anything to get you to send money! Somehow, the scammer got your information and now doing what they do best ... creating fear for you so you'll send them the money. Call your bank and check with your state BMV. If your bank holds the title and you have your license plates, then all is well.
