Heck, don't pay the bank your payments either, since they obviously are in on the scam as well, otherwise they wouldn't be doing business with this well known fraudulent dealership. That way the scammers get their just rewards, and you get a free RV. I am curious, if they are so well known as being fraudsters, why did you buy from them?
Just to be clear here, my post had nothing to do with obtaining some sort of EXPERT advice or legal advice. One poster has implicated that I merely just landed on here seeking out people that I don't know.
I merely posted this issue because we have had issues with this same dealer on not refunding our money on another major issue. So this isn't the first time I have had issues with the dealer that's in question and their integrity MR. Ralph Cramden.
I posted on here to see what people would think ofthe issue because just maybe in our small world that in some hope someone on this forum might have had the same thing happen to them.
And everyone has offered some tips and pointers and their .02 cents worth which I am grateful for. But lets just be clear here Mr. Cramden, the world is full of scammers and snake oil sellers and cheats. And yes, it does smell fishy. And not giving out the name of this Missouri RV dealership, they in fact have been accused before for some unethical practices. So when my issue poped up, of course RED Flags all over the place.
THank you to all who have offered some advice in regards to this matter!
