Can't you borrow or purchase forced air kerosene heater? You would have to keep it aways away from your camper but, they put out a lot of heat. You could point it in the general direction of the tank and put a backing board on the other side to keep the heat under the camper. In a hour everything would be melted. And if your not careful, I mean everything. lol
