Great climb!
Should have done it on my bike! Highway 191 between Price & Duchesne Utah. GMC pulled the trailer fine. Great scenery! That's a hill!

If I started down that ib516 it would be at 15MPH at the top ,exhaust brake all the way. That is some serious stuff you show in that picture.
