Great Service from RV World of Georgia
I just waned all of my fellow RV'ers to know of the great service I received from RV World Of Georgia in Buford, Ga. We picked up our new fiver last Saturday and it was an absolute great experience.
We puchased our new FR Sierra 360 PDEK sight unseen via the internet when my local dealer could not get to the price I would pay. Doc in sales was very patient with all of my questions and kept in constant contact with me while they fixed several issues they discovered getting if ready,
We arrived after a three hour drive from Alabama and was immediately greated by a very enthusiastic staff. After meeting and introductions from the staff Dave our PDI technician lead us to our new fiver. The unit was prepared beyond my expectations. After two hours I could find only a few small issues, a screw missing in door latch, scuffs on trim, stove vent hood light burned out and table too close to wall. I was ready for major issues as we hsd on our previous fiver.
When we came back from lunch David ssked for my truck keys and disappeared with my truck. A short time later our new fiver arrives hooked to the truck, hitch height check and brakes tested and adjusted. Wow, last unit was pulled to patking lot with a lift and a good luck hand shake.
Thank you Doc and David for an outstanding experience. If you are in the Atalnta area this is an a great place to stop for service or as we did purchase an RV
Thanks for lettimg me express my gratitude, now I just can't wait for our first trip. Happy camping everyone.
