GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) = 7,400 pounds. That is the maximum that Ford says your truck should weigh with everything, including passengers, tongue weight, and cargo.
You say that the truck ready to hitch to the trailer weighs 6,260 pounds, which leaves 1,140 pounds available for tongue weight and passengers. You are probably pretty close to maxed out but a whole lot better than some.
Forget about the 9,600 tow limit unless you are willing to empty your truck and try some other tricks.
