We just got back from 3 weeks on the road from a trip down the Oregon coast and bought one just before we left. We used it a lot on the trip and when we got home the wife moved it onto the counter in the house. It is not a stove top but when you want to have some real percolated coffee, one pot to boil it works great. As said it doesn't heat up the rest of the trailer or house just the pot that is cooking. The Nu wave that we got is good too as it can be adjusted better for heat. A few we saw out there have larger increments so you can't fine tune your temperature as much. Watch BBB for Sale or coupons for 20% off. They put deals on the online/TV ads for them too. Just watch the shipping and handling charges.
