I bought the Nuwave PIC 2 at BB&B. It was $99, including a pan. I used a 20% off coupon-so do the math. BB&B has a very generous return policy in case of any problems. No S&H, no waiting.
I really love mine, used it a lot on last trip.
The infomercial configuration includes a travel case, fondue set, and some other items. You do get a 'BOGO" for inflated S&H. Depends on what you want.
There are other stores that sell it(Target, WalMart, etc), but I think the Bed, Bath, & Beyond deal with the coupon was the best for me.
