Has anyone used a 15" spare after 16" conversion?

Title says it all, I upgraded to 16" rims and tires and in a moment of financial conservitism I went with keeping one of the 15" tires and rims as the spare. Will it work for a short term solution...

No problem I have a 14" spare with 15" wheels on my flat bed trailer. The 14s came off another trailer. I look at it like using a doughnut tire on a car. Its a spare to get you out of trouble not to stay on permanently. Don't worry enjoy your trips.
