Have a J.C. Penney Battery, Need warranty replacement!

One of the local muffler shops had lifetime mufflers and I caught them in their game. When you went in for a replacement they cut off all the pipe clamps and charged you for them, not a lot so you didn't get upset to much. The spots where they heated up the pipes to burn off the clamps would then rust out very quickly and you would come back and they would charge for all new pipes. The second time around I specifically told them not to touch any of the clamps accept at the muffler. Sold the car before the pipes rusted out that time.
