Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

The more interesting observation would have been what SPEED you observed others towing their TT or fifth wheels at.

On my cross country journey a couple of years ago the vast majority were pulling in excess of what ST tires are rated for.......
