Same way in Ca. They don't even come out during rush hour; and for good reason.
I know one thing, the 80MPH limit has really helped the traffic in and out of BSF to Salt Lake City. California needs to pull their head out and get rid of the 55 trailer towing limit that causes so many problems. :R
