Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

I think all of the crazy drivers on I-95 South are coming here to Florida. They are already here and driving is now an adventure. We have the very fast and the very slow out on the streets at the same time. Makes for dangerous situations.
