Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?
Only if they observe the infraction and don't pull over the driver... ;)
If it's just happening around YOU and there are no cops around, how can they enforce it??
Yes, I know that speeding is speeding and murder is murder and both are against the law.. But if you don't get caught by an authority that can do something about it, does that really mean it's being ignored?
Here in WA State we have State Police in unmarked and regular license plate plain jane grocery getter cars that their only purpose is to pull over "aggressive drivers". By the time you figure out it's not "mom" driving that car it's too late if you are doing something wrong..
Point is, they gotta be there to enforce anything.. If they ain't there, how can they enforce it?
