Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

In Florida they don't even instal indicators in police cars and if someone is indicating they proberly forgot it or want to go the other way.
