Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

Different states and locations in a state have different understanding of the traffic laws. For example in TN 75 MPH is not more than 80 or 85 depending on traffic. Simple go with the traffic flow.

In TX 75 MPH is not over 76 MPH. -- don't ask how I know X 3. . . . :M
