Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

Many times saw the same trailers at rest stops or campgrounds. As you probably know - the vast majority of trailers are equipped with ST tires.
