Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

Actually last night on the news they were showing the Highway Patrols out on Jacksonville I-95 stopping folks for speeding, following to close, careless driving and said that they would be doing this for the next week. So if you are headed N or S on I95 around JAX, be warned.
