Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

I think it is mostly cell phones - I don't care if "hands free" or not. Majority of people I see driving erratically are on their cell phone.

And... why do so few people use cruise control? Just get on the highway and when at a comfortable speed, turn on the cruise control - especially if they are on their cell phone! People sit in one lane gradually slowing down, then when you pass they either speed up next to you or speed up to follow you. Gah!
