We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

I think the new phrase is "selective enforcement" or "prosecutorial discretion". Laws are only as effective as the enforcement and that is not PC right now.
