Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

I have got to disagree with some remarks. For the past six months I have been hauling loads across the central valley of CA and don't run across much mayhem. Could be a lot of those trips are during non commute hours has something to do with. Last night about 20 police passed me at at least 80 mph, they were on the way to Berkley where some idiots had blocked I80. Scary to be overtaken by so many fas movers all lit up.
