Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

You know... its funny. We have one thread where the police get lambasted for enforcing the laws that some people feel are "stupid", then another post asking where the police are and why they aren't enforcing some laws.
