Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

We towed our 5er from northern Maine to Florida, about 2000 +/- miles. During this journey we observed about 75% of the total traffic driving 15 to 20 + MPH over the posted speed limit. Also observe...

What's even worse is that "double jeopardy" is supposedly unconstitutional, but legislators circumvent the issue by renaming an offence. Murder is also a "hate" crime or an act of "discrimination". Also an illegal use of a firearm and assault.
