Have the Police stopped enforcing our traffic laws?

It is a crying shame to see the poor drivers and the total lack of respect of the traffic laws. First, everyone expected to not be bothered at 5 over the speed limit, now they are pushing 10 over.

Next is the disregard for red lights. We often see two or three vehicles blow across my green light. They usually have a cell phone glued to their ear and do not have a clue or they feel that they are in a hurry and take the chance to kill and injure other drivers for their convenience.
