The "Left lane for passing only" signs seem to be fairly new up here - and I'm happy to see them. Usually it is a traffic electronic sign that flashes that when there is nothing else to "say".
As to being out there and enforcing laws, police presence around me seems to be the same. I do notice that during "rush" hours police usually don't seem to setup speed traps - I believe that is intentional to avoid slowing down the already slow traffic.
Then again, I95 has just about become one big traffic jam 24 hours a day, so there is almost no need for troopers to patrol it!
