EDIT: I spent a little time on Google and the Minesota DOT website and I cannot find any such statues/laws. Did this person who emailed the OP provide a PDF or link to their site?
I am not stopping to be weighed until laws are consistent state to state or made Federal law. They can chase me down and pull me over if they are that concerned.
(Reminds me of State to State handgun and CCW laws....very difficult to research laws and feel safe from Police harassment when traveling.)
