The Marketplace system is a comparative shopping option for people who did not have qualified health insurance coverage.
The only people that need to make changes are the ones whose healthplans don't meet the minimums of ADA. These are the same plans (high deductible-no preventive care coverage)that impart have been causing some of the issues in our healthcare system.
