My premiums are going up 15%, copays are all going up. (I expect the avalanche to hit me NEXT year.) Fortunately, my wife is covered on my insurance, because the one her company offers had premiums go up by more than 350%. (The policy, which had been a high-deductible plan, is no longer permitted, so the new one covers more and costs LOTS more.)
Also, she needs to find a new GP, OB-GYN, and orthopedist. (2 retiring, one moving to a "boutique" practice in Florida.)
