The fines go up every year. People that have very little income will pay very little in the way of insurance premium. I have already read cases such as this. If a person makes $10,000.00 a year they will pay XXXX and it's very little. And as we know-there are already programs for the very poor.
The only people not paying insurance payment will be those not filing taxes-and we all know who they are!
