UPDATE: I'm away for days on end and today I'm back at my computer. I want to thank those trying to help.
Please keep the info coming.
A good friend who's valve I used in the pictures is also looking for one.
IF you look closer at the first pic - you can see the place where the hand crank goes it stripped out.
Marie and I own six of these coaches and they all need to be restored.
FYI -
I've tried a lot of things.
I sent an email with pictures and spoke with Valterra.
I did the same with Vintage Trailer Supply, I was even on the phone with them while they looked at the pics.
I called and wrote a couple big vintage trailer restoration companies.
BTW - I found the R and G company a while ago and they are not the same company who made those valves years ago.
I've been told by a third party that GSR - who's stamp is on the valve is no longer in business and has not been for years. However, I have not found if or when they went out of business, or if they simply changed their name. But then again I have no clue.
Signed I wish we could use the newer style gate valve. GRIN
