Help a graduate student by taking an RV survey for class

I took the survey. One of my biggest concerns is that a renter might damage something that doesn't appear until well after the rental period. Then, there will be an argument over who did the damage, and who pays for it. For example, what if they hit an object, and bent an axle. It may be over 1000 miles before the tire shows significant problems related to the axle.
