No one can really "help" you at all. It's strictly a matter of opinion on comfort and ride. As already stated, extensively test drive them all. If you were looking at 3/4 ton strictly, then I'd say RAM due to the rear coil suspension. But in 1 ton they all carry leaf springs in the rear. And as far as reliability goes, its a **** shoot. All 3 make great and vastly more reliable engines since roughly 2012. Post 2012 do your research. All have their weak points and it's totally up to you and mainly the DW to decide what's best.
