By the way, there is a HUGE difference between a "fifth wheel hitch" and a "gooseneck hitch".
The fifth wheel is for a recreational vehicle, usually.
The gooseneck is for a heavy duty stock trailer or commercial trailer.
Yes, there IS an adapter to allow towing a fifth wheel recreational trailer with a gooseneck ball. All I will say is that I would not use one.
