As others have mentioned, it will be up to the wife to decide what fits her. We have the same issue and unfortunately, for both cars and trucks most manufactures seem to provide fewer adjustment options for the passenger seat. It's something that has really bothered the wife when we have shopped for vehicles. The seats she has preferred in trucks for our last two purchases have been Rams with the bucket front seat option. They seem to fit the DW the best in the lumbar region, and the heat and ventilation options work well for her as well.
As for the Ram 5er gooseneck option, you get both gooseneck and 5er mounts if you select the option. You can then either add a picture frame type mount and then use a standard rail mount fifth wheel hitch, or get a 5er hitch designed to fit the four mount points in the bed without need for rails. You also have the option of a drop in ball in the bed for a gooseneck trailer, or you can easily bolt in the gooseneck version of the Andersen ultimate hitch which allows you to adapt the 5er to a ball hitch, which will initially make you think huh???, but works really sweet when you actually try it.
Good luck, and remember "Happy wife, happy rving" or something like that....
