Help with checking weights on possible new trailer

To start off please no bashing.... I am looking to order a new trailer and I am second guessing myself.. My truck: 2014 Ford F-150 SUPERCREW 4x4 heavy duty payload / max tow options Payload 221...

The receiver will be the limiting factor. I've yet to find anyone who makes a compatible upgraded hitch. Torklift has one for the F150....BUT, it cannot be installed on the HD with factory hitch. Unless they've changed something in the last year. We've had to keep our search to listed tongue weight of about 800 lbs. but I may just be too conservative. About to purchase an Open Range LT274 - tongue right at 800 lbs so I know I'll be closer to 1000+ loaded.
