Help with minor plumbing leak at fresh water connection

I've got a leak in my trailer where the connection is made between the trailer's plumbing system and the city water connection. The inside compression fitting is leaking. I've obviously tried retighte...

Mainly I wanted to avoid cutting the existing fitting off if there was a replaceable part in it. I'm sure if I do cut it off, I can find something to replace it with at Lowes. It's tempting to just shove the whole connection outside where it can leak all it wants :p
