hey, do you think outrigger pads are useful for a truck?

I found an RV like this, and there is one plastic pad in the front. I found some similar pads like that are these pads necessary for the RV? what do you think about that?

    I use them, anything that makes the jack footprint a little larger is good, especially on softer soil.

I use an 8x8 block of wood.  I also use blocks of wood for my stableizers. The less you extend your jack and stableizers the less wobbly the unit will be.
