And since the OP says he parks his rig there all the time, how many towings of his rig would he be inviting? What we have here is the seeds that eventually germinate into parking ordinances. Both these rigs are legally parked according to the OP. They both have equal rights to the space they are occupying. Complain enough about how unfair legal parking is, there will be an ordinance making that parking illegal. If you call the police out to referee a matter where no one is breaking any law and you make a big scene, see how quickly that will sour those officers on you, and watch how quickly they will react to minor violations of the law you might commit in the future. Tow away a legally parked vehicle, or hook your rig up to someone else's rig and move it, see how quickly you find yourself experiencing the legal system from the wrong side of the bars.
