Let's say you move it, and there is some damage, (Pre-existing or post-occurance, I am assuming this damage does NOT occure while you are moving it)
Well, Guess who is gonna get sued.. Yup,,, You. This is why I said to call the police and NOT move it yourself.
IF it is moved at the lawful order of a police officer... You are protected. So is the towing company. Plus the idiot gets to pay for it. A win-win far as you are concerned.
