I just can't believe that there are 2 trailers in the same neighborhood and the OP doesn't know him. Don't neighbors talk any more. Are we so self absorbed in our lives that we just jump to conclusions about this this guy! Maybe he thought he left enough room, maybe it is stolen, has he seen it before, is it new, old, plates their new tag, maybe the guy seen a trailer parked in his neighborhood, he thought he would do the same. many variables
