Just because you haven't gotten a ticket doesn't make it legal.
I just find it hard to believe that its legal to "store" a TT on a residential street.
Is this so far from his house that he never noticed another TT parked in front of his?
If I knew 100% that I was legal, and someone had me blocked in, this forum is the LAST place that I would go to.
I would knock on doors, and after exhausting that, I would call the police.
