If I knew 100% that I was legal, and someone had me blocked in, this forum is the LAST place that I would go to.
I would knock on doors, and after exhausting that, I would call the police.
And what would you say to them?
"That there is a legally parked trailer in front of yours and you want something done about it?" They will laugh at you.
"That there is an illegally parked trailer in front of your illegally parked trailer?" They will laugh at you and they get a towing company to tow both away.
"That you just want something done?" They will laugh at you and then drive off because there is nothing they can do.
