I would NOT hook up to his trailer!, he can claim you are stealing it....it's just the same as moving someones car becuase it's blocking yours and the person who owns it catches you and calls the cops. Just call the cops and say he blocked you, ask if you can legally call a towingf company to have it moved...at the very least you have made a report to the cops and if your vehicle hits his trailer trying to hook up yours then oh well to him!
