That someone blocked your TT and can they help you out? No need to suggest what it is that they might do. Just ask for help. The police can do more than arrest people and have vehicles towed.
Turtle: like I said: if I was 100% sure I was legal and blocked, then after trying to find the owner, I would call the police.
They would be able to tell you NICELY and not LAUGH at your face how to handle the situation.
Now if I was not 100% sure I was legal, then I might just pull the thing out of the way and forget about it. AFTER again asking neighbors who's TT it was.
