Yes, honey wagons do create suction with diaphragm pumps that can lift water considerably. Waste tanks are vented up through the roof without obstruction. No possible vacuum in tanks.
I'm sorry you are wrong. I have been present when they dump my tank. (I'm the op from the other thread). When they disconnect the hose from my discharge, the vacuum is incredible. I've verified my vent is NOT blocked by running a hose down the vent.
A 1 1/2" vent cannot keep up with a 3" line with a vacuum from a pump on full throttle.
