Absolutely incorrect.....
I have 30+ yrs of DIRECT involvement with 'Vacuum' and personally know what is necessary to establish vacuum and what it can do.
Even with a fully functional 1/1/2" vent line a small vacuum pump can collapse a plastic waste tank.
Why do you think 'opening the toilet flush valve' is recommended when using a pump out service?
To provide an additional source of venting (which is same size as drain line)
