They run the pumps as slow as they can. They do use these wagons to pump up "goo" from many feet below then, ie septic tanks and such, so they do need powerful pumps to do their job.
How about holding open the toilet valve when emptying? This would give LOTS of air to the Black Tank, and also have an opening in case the vent was plugged.

How about just making the lazy septic tank drivers do it the CORRECT way to prevent damage to your RV?
I guess the choice IS yours if you like standing there watching a process that will damage your RV.
