I'm often puzzled by the number of "lazy" workers that some people seem to attract. It seems like they are consistently burdened by these "lazy" folks that are hired to do a task they don't want to do. The solution may be to hire and train their own, personal worker that is highly skilled in a number of tasks. That way, they will know they are getting service from someone that is adequately trained and is motivated to their own specific level of industriousness.
